The nation's leader conducted a visit to address defense personnel in the Donetsk region on Tuesday. Zelenskyy announced that he engaged with soldiers at the operational headquarters of the first unit of the National Guard of Ukraine Azov, which is conducting a defensive operation in the Dobropillya zone, an urban center approximately 12 miles from the focal point.

Heavy military spending have also started to pressure the national finances, with authorities hiking rates to address growing shortfalls.
The national leader called on America to remain open to providing Ukraine with long-range weapons. Speaking at an EU meeting from the eastern front, the national leader also demanded more western sanctions on the nation – including on Russia's gas and nuclear sectors – and said he desired European Union membership by the end of the 2020s.
Germany plans to increase defense support to the eastern European country by three billion euros next year to about a significant sum, the treasury department in the German government said on Tuesday.
