Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island included in the photographs.
Also featured in this recent document drop seems to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up plans to build upon the sprawling island by building living quarters, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a waterway in the region, noted on the bottom right.
The architectural drawing is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for marina coverings.
Additional materials disclosed as part of the continuing investigative release.
